One of the things I like about Dangerous to Know is that I never mention what gender Breed is.
I honestly don’t know and never decided.
I’m not making a point about anything, I just thought it would be cool to write a character that everyone can relate to. If you think Breed is male, cool. Female? also cool. Something else entirely, fine by me, go for your life.
So, with that in mind, I’m loving the reviews and seeing what gender (if any) people have chosen for their Breed. I say ‘their’ Breed because when you read a book you own that version of it (IMO).
Anywho.
I think it worked, nobody has complained… so far.
I’m guessing most folks don’t even notice, which is perfect, and just what I wanted.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a ferking nightmare to write at times, but hey, you have to reach for the harder hold if you want to get good at anything don’t you?
